This morning when I woke up I was in dire need of a good stretch.. so I got straight to it before breakfast and began my day with the yoga sequence above. It was the perfect start to my day and left me totally relieved from my aches.
Then I grabbed my overnight oats and fueled up.
Just before dinner I still had plenty of energy left so I fancied getting my heart beat up and chose my all time favourite but completely cheesy.. Pump it up work out!
I have worked out with this video so many times over the years and although it can be cringy in parts I love that it works the whole body, feels fun and my oh my burns my thighs to high heaven!
Pump it up was the workout I first turned to when I started dropping my baby weight, I used to do it in the mornings 4 times a week. At first I could not complete it but each time I could do it longer until I finally completed the whole hour. It is a complete calorie killer.
Today I managed the whole video which felt awesome - however at 40 minutes in I was ready to quit, my face was bright red.. I was on the verge of getting a stitch but I pushed through and thanks to the cool down I feel fine afterwards, anyway.
I'm loving sharing my fitness journey with you all and my current goals are to lose a little more on my thighs, tone up and flatten my stomach as much as possible.
Them there are the goals.
Buuuut.. let me mention that overall I am working out because this is my outlet and helps me to feel good. At some point in the future it is likely that I'll have another child and my main focus is just on feeling good in the present.
